2 days agoThe Norwegian justice system is far too lenient. In Norway you can get convicted of murder and be out in just five years and plus those prisons are very expensive to maintain and they all come that the taxpayers expense.

Pretty much this. According to Varg Vikernes Norwegian prisons are mostly filled with crazy people.
I would say Russia or maybe Theiland. Those countries really punish criminals so you wouldn’t want to be seen dead doing something illegal in those countries.
